Gaia on Main Terms and Conditions.

                                                                

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges. Product(s) may be exchanged up to 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that they're accompanied by the original receipt and remain unused and in their original packaging and condition. Exchanged product(s) must be stored in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, including storage in a dry and stable condition. Gaia on Main DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR REFUND. Gaia on Main may, in certain limited instances, and at its sole and unilateral discretion, make exceptions to this policy.

                   

Product(s) may be exchanged in-store or by mail. If a product is returned by mail, the customer assumes the entire cost of shipping and handling, including shipping the product(s) to Gaia on Main and receiving the exchanged product(s) from Gaia on Main.

                   

Product(s) with manufacturing defects may be exchanged within 14 days if accompanied by an original receipt, with all shipping and handling costs covered by Gaia on Main.

                   

Shipping and Handling - Gaia on Main uses Pack & Ship company, FedEx, USPS or UPS when shipping products. Each package goes through a documented quality control check prior to shipping. Gaia on Main guarantees to exchange any defective product(s), if such defect was properly reported to our customer care center within three business days from the date your package was received. In the event a product is determined to be defective such determination shall not be cause to cancel the transaction, instead such determination shall trigger Gaia on Main exchange obligation set forth herein. In such case Gaia on Main will cover all shipping and handling costs associated with replacing the product(s). By submitting your purchase, you agree to accept and receive the package with your product(s), and agree to all terms and conditions.

                                                

Use of Products. Cosmetic Line -  The products are cosmetics in purpose and design, and are intended to be applied to various parts of the body. As with any applied product, individual results may vary. Gaia on Main does not assume any responsibility for any side effects of the products. If you notice any unexpected change after using the product(s), immediately stop using the product(s) and consult with a physician and or dermatologist. Gaia on Main does not make any warranties, representations, or claims about the medical benefits or effects of its products.

SHIPPING ORIGINAL ART

For all original artwork, please expect 1 - 6 weeks delivery, depending on artwork type, size, weight, and destination.

Gaia on Main Gallery Fine Art has excellent relationships with local reputable shipping companies to professionally pack and ship artwork. The gallery ships within the United States and internationally on a weekly basis. All shipping quotes account for the most competitive rates and professional packaging on a per-case basis.

Please note that artwork shipped via freight is often large and heavy. The shipping company will call ahead to schedule the delivery, please arrange to have extra assistance. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply to international purchases.

The gallery may use such carriers as: UPS, USPS, FedEx, private courier, art transportation service, or DHL.

 

RETURNS

Gaia on Main Gallery’s objective is to provide expert and informative art advisory through written description and photography, alongside complementary services including art consultation, and digital imposing. For this reason, we do not accept returns on in-store purchases.

Gaia on Main will accept returns of items if they are damaged or were supplied with an error of original art order, with the exception of photography, provided the client notifies the gallery within three days of its arrival at the client's shipping address. Work must be packed, insured, and shipped back to the gallery. The client is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. The gallery catalogues the condition of all artwork prior to shipment; returned artwork should arrive in identical condition.

Fine Art Collection items are made-to-order based on desired preferences allowing for personal customization. Because of this level of customization we are unable to offer refunds or returns. If you would like more information before purchasing (i.e. a short video of an artwork, additional photographs) the Gaia on Main team is more than happy to provide this.
